Anti-Corruption & Compliance

Integrity as a competitive advantage

Acting Together at Dreher

Trust as the Basis

Trust is the most valuable asset in the business world. Dreher Group is built on this – through strict compliance standards, clear anti-corruption policies and transparent business practices. We demonstrate: integrity is not only ethically right, but also economically sensible.

Compliance is not a one-way street – it is a shared commitment. We expect all employees to know, understand and live our standards. When in doubt or suspecting violations, employees can confidentially contact their superiors or use our whistleblowing channel. Integrity is non-negotiable – it’s our standard.

Commitment to Compliance

Applies to Everyone Equally

Compliance is not just a department for us – it’s an attitude. We commit to complying with all applicable laws and standards, especially in the field of competition and antitrust law. Our anti-corruption policy is clear: We tolerate no bribery, no unlawful collusion and no unethical business practices.

These standards apply to everyone – from management to new employees, and also to our suppliers and business partners.

No-Gift-Policy

We reject gifts and disproportionate benefits from suppliers or customers. This also applies in reverse: our employees do not give gifts to business partners. Small giveaways with low material value (such as pens or calendars) are exceptions – everything else requires approval from management. The goal is clear: avoid conflicts, preserve trust.

Conflicts of Interest

Conflicts of interest arise quickly – through family relationships, secondary activities or personal relationships with business partners. We take this seriously. Every employee is obligated to report possible conflicts of interest to their supervisor. Side activities must be approved by management. Transparency protects everyone.

Fair Competition

Unlawful agreements with competitors are taboo. We play by the rules – always. Compliance with competition and antitrust law is non-negotiable. This protects not only us, but also the market and ultimately our customers.

Data Protection & Confidentiality

We handle personal data of employees, suppliers and customers with the utmost care. We meet all GDPR requirements and our contractual obligations. Confidential information must be protected – through secure storage, clean-desk policies and IT security training. Every employee has responsibility.
