Code of Conduct

Our commitment to people and environment

Corporate Culture at Dreher

Lived Code

For over 100 years, Dreher Group has shaped the market – not just through innovation and quality, but also through responsibility. Our Code of Conduct is the foundation of our corporate culture and ensures that we act ethically, create fair conditions and live sustainability.

Every employee has responsibility for implementing our Code of Conduct. If employees have questions or uncertainties, they can confidentially contact their superiors or management. Violations can also be communicated through our whistleblowing channel. This creates a corporate culture where ethical conduct is not just demanded but lived.

Beyond the Standard

Fair, Safe and Sustainable

At Dreher Group, we do not understand our Code of Conduct as a mere compliance requirement – it is the essence of our actions. It regulates how we treat our employees, partners and the environment and ensures that we meet the highest ethical standards. Our code is based on applicable laws and proven international standards, including the provisions of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the AIJN Code of Conduct for the Fruit Juice Industry. It combines respect for tradition with innovative thinking – just like Dreher Group itself.

Fair Working Conditions & Equal Opportunities

Equal opportunity begins at hiring and doesn’t end with salary. We have clear rules: transparent employment contracts, fair pay for fair work and compliance with statutory working hours. We reject any form of discrimination – regardless of race, gender, age, sexual orientation or origin, among others. All employees have equal rights and opportunities at Dreher Group.

Health & Safety at Work

A safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace is non-negotiable for us. That’s why we have established an occupational safety specialist, regular hazard assessments and annual training. Personal protective equipment, clean toilets and drinking water are standard – not luxury.

Environmental Protection & Sustainability

Environmental protection is not a side issue – it’s part of our DNA. With ISO 50001 (Energy Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), we set binding standards. Through Science Based Targets, we have communicated our commitment externally. Every employee has responsibility for economical use of resources.

No Child Labor, No Forced Labor

Child labor and forced labor are absolutely unacceptable to us – in our company and with our suppliers. We strictly adhere to the Youth Protection Act and legal regulations. Our suppliers are contractually committed to the same standards.
