Oat drinks from Dreher Group are not only lactose-free and vegan, but can also be enriched with various additives such as oils, salts or combined with fruit juices. We can also produce a variant with particularly low sugar content, and all this in an environmentally friendly and energy-saving process.

We start with hulled grain and grind it in-house. We also avoid excessive heating, which would compromise quality.
One significant benefit is the low sugar content, which we plan to reduce even further in the future.
In addition to protein,
our oat drinks contain numerous important minerals, vitamins,
and dietary fiber.
Through optimized energy cycles and a carefully designed plant layout, we ensure
the sustainable production of our oat drinks.
Plant-Based Production
Only the whole grain and no flour: By truck and in big packs, organic oat kernels without husks arrive at our location in Stockach. The kernels are finely ground. Individual product properties can be adjusted during the subsequent enzymatic fermentation. Customized oat drinks are mixed and produced from the oat bases.
The products remain in cool storage and can be called up as needed. Our logistics team organizes the loading and transport throughout Europe by tank truck.
